Number Of Ingredients 13

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup grated zucchini
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
  • Cream shortning, sugar and egg.
  • Mix together dry ingredients.
  • Add alternately with zucchini.
  • Fold in raisins and nuts.
  • Drop by teaspoons on greased sheet.
  • Bake 15 minutes.
