Steps:
- 1. Slice zucchinis, into thick but bite sized pieces. Set aside.
- 2. Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic powder.
- 3. Add zucchini & mushrooms to pan. Mix together & cover. Cook until veggies are soft, stirring occasionally and adding garlic as desired.
- 4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan cheese, mix well & serve. :)
