Zucchini Fritters image

Quick and Easy! You can also substitute grated squash for the zucchini.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 c grated zucchini
1 egg
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp finely diced onion
1/2 c self-rising flour
dash(es) pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients well; drop by tablespoon in hot Crisco and brown on both sides.
