Steps:
- preheat oven to 450 simmer zucchini in a little water for 10-15 minutes or until barely tender drain,cool,cut in 1/2 lengthwise-scoop out seeds,invert pieces to drain arrange zucchini cut side up in baking dish fill cavities with equal parts chopped tomatoes and croutons sprinkle with salt,pepper and cheese bake until heated through-just before serving, brown under broiler and serve at once
