Yogurt and Spiced Apple Salad image

A very easy and delicious recipe from a popular spa retreat, Rancho la Puerta. It's low in calorie and fat, but packed with flavour. It's a great alternative lunch if you've been trying to squeeze in that new bikini from last summer.

I'm not a big fan of yogurt, but I really enjoyed this salad. The yogurt dressing was light and refreshing, and it didn't overpower the other flavors in the salad.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover apples. I had a few apples that were starting to get soft, and this salad was the perfect way to use them up.

I substituted honey for maple syrup and it turned out great. The salad was still sweet and flavorful, but with a slightly different flavor profile.
