175 ml yoghurt
175 ml oil
350 ml white sugar
525 ml self-raising flour
3 eggs

Steps:

  • Beat all ingredients together for 3 minutes.
  • Pour into a greased 23 cm bundt pan.
  • Bake at 160C for 1 hour.
