Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients except hot dogs.
- 2. Knead dough. Divide into 10 parts. Roll or flatten dough.
- 3. Wrap hot dogs. Place on spayed cookie sheet, with the seam side down.
- 4. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Serve with favorite condiments.
