Yield 4 cups

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 package roll of breakfast Sausage (Ex. Jimmy Dean, etc.)
2 10oz cans of Rotel Tomatoes(1 Regular, 1 Spicy)
2 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese

Steps:

  • Put sausage in medium saucepan and constantly stir and break up in order to properly brown. Do not drain. Once sausage is completely browned, add both cans of Rotel. Let that cook and meld together for about 2 minutes. Lastly add both cream cheese bars. Constantly stir in order to make sure that cream cheese is completely melted. There should be no lumps of cheese. The cheese melts better with both the hot sausage and Rotel. There is no need for any other spices for this recipe. Extremely easy.

This dip is so easy to make and it's always a hit at parties. I love that I can make it ahead of time and just pop it in the oven when I'm ready to serve.

I'm not sure about this recipe. It seems like it would be too heavy for my taste.

Not a fan of the name. I think I'll call it something else.

I've made this dip several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I like to add a little bit of extra garlic and onion powder to give it a bit more flavor.

It's called white trash dip? Wow... That's a bit off-putting.
