Warm Lentil Salad With Mushrooms image

This is a great side dish or a meal in itself. It is positively delicious. Not really a a salad more like a tangy lentil stew. You can use any mushroom combination you choose, even dried.

This salad is a bit bland for my taste. I would recommend adding some more seasonings, such as salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover lentils. I also like to add a handful of chopped walnuts or almonds for extra crunch.
