¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup Thai fish sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 bird's eye chile, minced
1 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Mix lime juice, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, bird's eye chile, and garlic together in a bowl until sugar dissolves. Serve sauce in a small bowl.
