Picture is of VIdalia's, but you can also use sweet Walla Walla's, or Maui's. This is a delicious sweet onion recipe, very quick and simple to make. Full of that great onion flavor. Served with a green salad and corn bread....YUM! Be still my heart! Please share a picture, when you bake it. Thank you. 5/3/12
