This soup is a great way to use up leftover beef. I always have a few pieces of steak or roast beef left over after dinner, and I never know what to do with them. This soup is the perfect solution!

I'm not a huge fan of beef soup, but I thought I would give this recipe a try. I'm so glad I did! The soup was flavorful and hearty, and the beef was fall-apart tender. I will definitely be making this soup again.

I was really looking forward to trying this soup, but I was disappointed. The flavor was bland, and the beef was tough. I think I might have done something wrong, because I've never had beef soup that was so bad before.
