I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this recipe. I'm not a huge fan of artichokes, but they were really good in this dish. The sauce was also very creamy and flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.

This is my go-to recipe for vegan alfredo sauce. It's so creamy and delicious, and the artichokes and tomatoes add a nice touch of flavor. I usually serve it over pasta, but it would also be great on vegetables or chicken.
