- In an ungreased 11x7-in. baking dish, combine butter and brown sugar. Arrange pineapple slices and ham on top. , In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until rice is tender. Spread over ham. , Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 10 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter and let stand for 1 minute before removing baking dish.
