I don't like traditional fruit cake, so this is the one that my mother always made for me during the Christmas holidays. It tastes more like candy than fruit cake.

Steps:
- 1. Melt the butter in the cherry juice. Add the dates and cook until they soften.
- 2. Add the marshmallows. Melt. Add the eagle brand milk. Mix well.
- 3. Add graham crackers and chopped pecans. Press into a buttered bundt pan.
- 4. Note: The original recipe calls for 1/4 cup shredded coconut. I leave it out because my family will not eat coconut.
