Steps:
- Saute Onion and Pepper Using either Olive oil or Pan Spray; Remove from heat Brown Turkey, then add spices, onion and pepper, tomatoes, sauce and lentils.
- Simmer about 1 hour or until done.
- Add Water as needed to keep Chili from sticking to bottom of pan.

[email protected]Great recipe! Easy to make and very tasty. I added a can of corn and a can of black beans to give the chili more texture. Also added a dollop of sour cream before serving.

[email protected]This recipe was missing a lot of information. It didn't say how much water to add or if you should drain the tomatoes before adding them. It also didn't say to presoak the lentils. There should be a prep time listed (longer than 15 minutes).
