Number Of Ingredients 9

2 tablespoons butter
3 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 cup chopped cooked turkey
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/3 cup of frozen carrots, thawed (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium low heat, cook butter until golden brown. Saute mushrooms until tender. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup slowly adding cream until smooth When smooth add in the turkey, peas, and carrots (optional). Reduce heat to low, and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over toasted bread, buns, pasta or rice.
