Tropical Cookies image

This was written a long time ago by my Dad, Bill York, then I tucked it away for years, found it among my cook book stuff and made it today - delicious! It deserves to be shared! These cookies don't spread like other cookies - they stay fat like little bombs - and they are the bomb! ;-)

These cookies are a great way to use up leftover pineapple. I always have some pineapple left over after I make a pineapple upside-down cake. These cookies are the perfect way to use it up.

These cookies are dangerous! They're so delicious that it's hard to stop eating them. I had to hide them from myself so I wouldn't eat the whole batch in one sitting.
