l_c79@aol.comI've made this meatloaf several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The cheddar cheese gives it a really nice flavor and the bread crumbs help keep it moist. It's also really easy to make, which is always a bonus.
Sherrell Green
sherrell-green@yahoo.comThis meatloaf was a bit too dry for my taste. I think I should have added more moisture, either by using a different type of ground beef or by adding some vegetables to the mixture.
