This is a delicious cocktail, looks elegant in flute glasses and can also be made using other flavors of liquor.

3 ounces champagne
1 ounce apricot liqueur

Steps:

  • Chill champagne and liqueur until cold, at least 1 hour. Pour liqueur into fluted glass; add champagne to the glass and stir.
