Touchdown Brat Sliders image

It's game time when these mini sausage sliders make an appearance. Two things my husband loves-beer and brats-get stepped up a notch with crunchy flavored chips. -Kirsten Shabaz, Lakeville, Minnesota

I'm not sure how I feel about these sliders. They were kind of bland and I didn't really like the texture of the bratwurst.

These sliders were a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I'll use less horseradish mayo next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my sliders turned out really bland. I think I might have used the wrong type of bratwurst.

The sliders were a bit dry. I think I'll add some extra cheese next time.

These sliders were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I'll try grilling the bratwurst next time instead of pan-frying them.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of sauerkraut. But I'm so glad I did! The sauerkraut added a nice tanginess to the sliders that I really enjoyed.

I love the idea of using pretzel buns for these sliders. It adds a nice touch of sweetness and crunch.

I'm not usually a fan of bratwurst, but these sliders changed my mind. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the toppings were perfect. I especially loved the horseradish mayo.

These brat sliders were a huge hit at my last tailgate party! The combination of the tangy sauerkraut, the creamy cheese, and the juicy bratwurst was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be making these again.
