Tortilla Taco Casserole image

This recipe came about because I had ground beef thawed out for dinner ,but couldn't decide what to make with it..after checking out my refrigerator..I literally used all my leftovers to make this casserole. And my family said how good it was, and that the flavor was very good...and we should have it on our regular monthly...

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my casserole turned out dry and bland.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think I'll try making it again with less chili powder.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste, but it had potential. I think I'll try adding some more spices next time, such as chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.

I tried this recipe last night and it was delicious! I made a few minor changes, such as using ground turkey instead of beef, and adding some chopped bell pepper and corn. The casserole was a hit with my husband and kids, and I'll definitely be makin
