This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times and it's always a hit. The tortellini is cooked perfectly and the vegetables are tender and flavorful. I love that it's a one-pot meal, too. So easy to clean up.

This recipe was a disaster! The tortellini was mushy and the vegetables were soggy. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and Italian seasoning, and it improved the flavor a lot. Overall, it's a good recipe, but it needs a little tweaking.
