1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced papaya
1 tablespoon diced purple onion
2 teaspoons diced purple onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 dash hot sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
  • Serve at room temperature.
