Tomato-Basil Squares image

This is one of my favorite Pampered Chef Recipes! I made this for my Aunt's Opera Reception (which was a fancy party), yet it was sooo easy and tasted wonderful! Everyone raved about how good it was... little did they know it just took minutes to throw together! Delicious!!!

These were a great way to use up some leftover tomatoes. They were also a hit with my guests.

I thought these were just okay. They were a bit too greasy for my taste.

The squares were a bit dry, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try adding some more butter or oil next time.

These were a bit too bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes, but I really enjoyed these squares. The basil and cheese really balance out the flavor of the tomatoes.

My family loved these! I added a bit of garlic and onion to the tomatoes, and used fresh basil from my garden. The squares were crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside.
