TIM'S TUNA STEAK MARINADE
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients and whisk to combine.
- Put tuna steaks in a ziplok bag that fits all and add marinade.
- Marinate steaks in refrigerator for 1 hour per inch of thicknes (minimum) up to 2 hours.
- Grill to desired doneness. Discard unused marinade.
