Steps:
- Place sugar into a quart-sized container. Add enough hot water to dissolve sugar without filling container all the way to the quart mark. Shake well to dissolve sugar. Add strawberry extract, coconut extract, red food coloring, and yellow food coloring. Fill to the quart line with water. Shake well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour; pour over shaved ice or snow cones.
