This casserole was a disaster! It was way too salty and the beef was tough. I don't know what went wrong, but I will not be making this recipe again.

I thought this casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. I think I would have liked it more if it had more cheese.

This casserole was easy to make and it tasted great! I used ground turkey instead of beef and it was still delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm not a big fan of Mexican food, but I actually really liked this casserole. It was very flavorful and the cheese and sour cream helped to balance out the spice.

I made this casserole in a slow cooker and it turned out great! I just browned the beef and then added all the ingredients to the slow cooker. I cooked it on low for 8 hours and it was perfect.

This casserole was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think next time I will use less chili powder and cumin.

This Mexican casserole was a hit with my family! It had all the classic flavors of a Mexican dish, but the casserole format made it easy to serve and eat. I will definitely be making this again.
