Three Cheese Turkey Alfredo Bake image

I had a lot of leftover turkey and wanted to try a few new dishes instead of the old "stand-by's" that I usually use. This came out beautiful and delicious! Absolute cheesy goodness! You could easily substitute chicken in place of turkey and throw in some broccoli or mushrooms if you wanted. I almost wish I had thrown in some...

16 oz box ziti rigati, cooked per package directions
1 jar(s) alfredo sauce (15 oz.)
15 oz small curd cottage cheese, lowfat
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c shredded asiago cheese
3 Tbsp dried parsley
2 c cooked turkey, shredded or diced
2 c shredded mozzarella

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray. Stir together cooked pasta and turkey.
  • 2. Lightly beat eggs and stir into cottage cheese; add to all remaining ingredients except mozzarella. Stir mixture into pasta and turkey. Pour into prepared baking dish. Cover with mozzarella.
  • 3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to set for about 10 minutes before serving.
