I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my soup turned out grainy. I think I might have overcooked the roux.

This soup is amazing! I've made it several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually use a mild cheddar cheese, but I've also tried it with sharp cheddar and it's just as good.

Not a fan. The soup was too thick and the cheese was overpowering. I think I'll stick to my regular cheese soup recipe.

Easy to make and so flavorful! I used a dark beer and it gave the soup a nice rich color and taste. I will definitely be making this again.

This soup was a hit at my party! I used a local craft beer and sharp cheddar cheese, and it was delicious. I also added some crumbled bacon and diced jalapenos for a little extra flavor. Definitely recommend!
