TEX-MEX SALSA image

Yield 4 cups

Number Of Ingredients 10

-1 3/4 C canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 C canned whole-kernel corn, drained
1 C seeded, chopped red or green bell peppers
1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro or fresh flat leaf parsley
-1 C chopped scallion
3 T lime juice
2 T red-wine vinegar
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t salt
1/4 t hot-pepper sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a L bowl.
