4 halibut fillets (6-8 Oz Each)
1/4 cup tequila
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash tequila

Steps:

  • Marinate the Halibut in tequila, lime, cilantro, and garlic.
  • Sauce preparation: Blend sauce ingredients in blender or food processor.
  • Broil the fish and drizzle with sauce.
  • Serve with rice and seasonal vegetable and a wedge of lime.
