Overall, this is a great recipe for a classic tart cherry pie. It's easy to follow and the results are delicious.

The crust was a little dry, but the filling was delicious. I would recommend brushing the crust with butter before baking to help it brown and crisp up.

This pie was a little too tart for my taste, but I think that's just a matter of personal preference. I would recommend using a sweeter cherry variety if you don't like tart pies.

This cherry pie was a huge hit at our family gathering! The lattice crust was beautiful and the filling was bursting with tart cherry flavor. I used fresh cherries from my own backyard, but I'm sure frozen cherries would work just as well.
