Tamarind-Date Chutney image

This sweet and sour chutney works well with anything. I like it with Chaat Masala.

5 pitted whole dates
½ cup water
1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:
