2 3/4 cups hot strong brewed coffee
1/4 cup dark rum
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
4 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine the first 3 ingredients in a pitcher, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Pour into mugs, and top with ice cream (2 tablespoons per mug).
  • Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
