Steps:
- 1. Cook beef and onions over medium heat in large skillet..drain mixture
- 2. Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup of water to meat mixture
- 3. cool slightly
- 4. Flatten half of biscuits into 4 inch circles...place in greased 15 x 10 baking pan ..spoon 1/4 cup of mixture onto each biscuit top w/cheddar cheese.
- 5. flatten remaining biscuits and place on top, pinch edges to seal tightly...Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
