1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup milk
6 oz plain yoghurt
Honey
1/4 tsp apple pie/pumpkin pie spice
Salt
1/2 cup dried fruit
1/3 cup chopped nuts/banana

Steps:

  • Cook oats in water for 8 minutes Stir in the milk, yoghurt, honey, spices & fruit Refrigerate for 12 hours Heat for 10 minutes, add honey & top with nuts &/or bananas
