Swiss Chicken Quiche image

Quiches are something I enjoy, but the hubby isn't quite so sure. However, this is one that he will happily eat!

Number Of Ingredients 10

9" uncooked pastry shell
1 c shredded swiss (4 oz)
2 Tbsp flour
2 c cubed cooked chicken
1 Tbsp wylers chicken flavor instant bouilloon
1 c milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c chopped onion
2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp chopped pimiento

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell 8 min; remove from oven.
  • 2. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. In med bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake 40-45 min or until set.
  • 3. Let stand 10 min before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

Overall, this was a good quiche recipe. I would definitely make it again, but I would make a few changes to suit my own taste.
