Sweet 'n' Tangy Poppy Seed Dressing image

I like to serve this tangy dressing over fruit but have found it also adds a subtle sweet flavor to salad greens and chicken.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender; process for 30 seconds. Chill. Stir before using.
