2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar blend
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, sliced

3 tablespoons canola oil, divided
1 1/2 lbs boneless pork loin chops, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots

This recipe was a bit challenging for me, but the results were worth it! The pork was so tender and juicy, and the sauce was delicious. I'm definitely glad I gave it a try.

The sauce was a bit too thick for my liking, but the pork was cooked perfectly and the flavors were all there. I'll definitely be making this again, but I'll thin out the sauce a bit next time.
