If you are familiar with Chinese steamed buns filled with red bean paste, you will delight in this pie. During my time learning to speak Chinese in school, I worked in a Asian food mart/Chinese restaurant. That is where I fell in love with it. This is an American rendition of an Asian favorite.

Steps:
- 1. Boil beans until soft. Rinse.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350.
- 3. Place bean in food processor or blender with butter. Blend until smooth.
- 4. Add other ingredients, blend for an additional minute.
