Sweet and Sassy Popcorn image

This is a DIY version of popcorn seasoning. The smoky and sweet flavors of this snack are almost BBQ-like. Make it as spicy as you like!

⅓ cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 (2.9 ounce) bag microwave popcorn, popped

Steps:

  • Stir oil, honey, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper together in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high until the honey is melted, about 30 seconds; stir.
  • Pour popped popcorn into a large serving bowl. Drizzle oil mixture over popcorn and toss to coat.
