Super Easy Ultimate Banana Bread image

This recipe is the love child of all the highest rated banana bread recipes on RecipeZaar and a few other resources! I love it.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan (or muffin tin!).
  • Mix butter, eggs, and sour cream in one bowl, and salt, flour sugar, and baking soda in another bowl. Then mix them together.
  • Mash up the bananas and add them to the mixture with the pecans. Put everything in the loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes. Maybe less for muffins, they are still in the oven :P.
