Steps:
- 1. Brown sausage and then drain.
- 2. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard; mixing well.
- 3. Grease bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Place bread cubes on bottom of dish. Then, spoon on sausage and sprinkle with cheese. Pour egg mixture on top.
- 4. Refrigerate overnight.
- 5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
