Steps:
- 1. Place chicken in crockpot.
- 2. In small bowl combine orange juice, honey, tapioca, jalapeno pepper, salt and onions.
- 3. Pour over chicken.
- 4. Cover and cook on low about 5 hours or until tender.
- 5. Spoon sauce over chicken.
