Number Of Ingredients 7

12 chicken drumsticks, skinned
1 can(s) frozen orange juice (not reconstituted)
1 jalapeno or mild pepper, sliced
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp quick cooking tapioca
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dried onion

Steps:

  • 1. Place chicken in crockpot.
  • 2. In small bowl combine orange juice, honey, tapioca, jalapeno pepper, salt and onions.
  • 3. Pour over chicken.
  • 4. Cover and cook on low about 5 hours or until tender.
  • 5. Spoon sauce over chicken.
