The spread was a bit too thick for my liking. I added a little bit of water to thin it out.

I found the spread to be a bit bland. I added some salt and pepper to taste.

The spread is a little bit oily, but that's to be expected since it's made with sunflower seeds.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I was glad to find a seed-based spread that I can enjoy.

This recipe is a great way to get your daily dose of healthy fats. Sunflower seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for heart health.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover sunflower seeds. I always have a bag of them in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use them in.
