Summertime Peach Cobbler image

This recipe was given to me many years ago by Mrs. Orin Stevens of Fargo, ND. She told me she'd gotten it from a church cookbook. I've used fresh, frozen and canned peaches with equal success.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I think it can be improved with a few tweaks. I would add a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg to the filling, and I would also use a different type of flour for the topping.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cobbler didn't turn out right. The peaches were mushy and the topping was too thick.

This recipe was a complete disaster! The cobbler was undercooked and the topping was burnt. I will not be making this recipe again.

The cobbler was good, but the topping was a little dry. I think I'll try using a different recipe for the topping next time.

This cobbler was a little too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. I think next time I'll use less sugar in the filling.
