This salad was a bit bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning.

This salad was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still good. I think I would have liked it more if I had used less pancetta or if I had omitted the eggs.

I've made this salad a few times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. It's light and refreshing, but still filling thanks to the pancetta and eggs. The dressing is also very versatile - I've used it on other salads and even as a marinade.
