Sturgeon Salad image

Serve with Yukon Gold Potato Blini from chef Thomas Keller's "The French Laundry Cookbook."

Number Of Ingredients 3

8 ounces smoked sturgeon
3 tablespoons creme fraiche
6 scallions, green parts only, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to combine.
