Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble Smoothie image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 tablespoons quick-cooking rolled oats (uncooked)
1/4 cup low-fat milk
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh rhubarb (1 medium stalk)
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey, plus more to taste

Steps:

  • Place oats and milk in a blender and let soak for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
